Marce Chocolate began in 2007 and is devoted to all things chocolate and anything that should have chocolate. I make a variety of couvertures commonly known as bon bons and truffles, I recently added chocolate barks, hot chocolate mix, and caramels. As I grow with the response of my loyal client's feedback, I will offer more. This past Easter, the addition of bittersweet chocolate enrobed marshmallows was an unexpected hit.
I am committed to using quality ingredients, from Hawaiian sea salt to locally made vanilla. I use pure all natural chocolate that I have carefully selected for flavor and finish. Everything is made and packed by hand in small batches by me. All ingredients are sourced and combined to maximize the unique results I strive for. I favor bittersweet chocolate but also offer milk and white chocolates that are not overly sweet but maintain that velvety creaminess they are known for.
